Andrew Bauer
Bio
Andrew Bauer, Jr. first came to Gottesman and Hollis as a clerk 22 years ago. In 1987, after receiving degrees from the University of New Hampshire and University of Baltimore School of Law, he joined the firm as an attorney.
He has lectured and written on landlord and tenant matters, and his practice includes commercial real estate, probate, estate planning and administration, and general civil litigation.
Bauer is admitted to practice with the New Hampshire State Bar and U.S. District Court of New Hampshire, and he is currently a member of the American Bar Association, Nashua Bar Association and Real Property, Probate and Elder Law Section of the New Hampshire Bar Association.
In addition to his legal work, Bauer is very dedicated to his community. He has served as treasurer and a member of the Board of Directors of the Nashua Exchange Club, a nationally recognized public service organization that also awarded him with the “Exchange of the Year” award in both 1996-1997 and 2000-2001.
He has served on the Economic Development Matching Grants Committee of the New Hampshire Department of Economic Development and the Board of Directors of the Hillsborough South Unit of the American Cancer Society. Bauer also acts as general counsel for the Nashua Youth Lacrosse Association, the Nashua Pastoral Care Center and Southern New Hampshire Services.
